No this is not a hack, it doesn't change any in-game balance so the risk is none, admin should delete "Use this program at your own risk". I remember 1 years ago someone asked if this program is legal in Garena forum and the admin said "yes, it is legal to use" but i forgot the topic name so i cant find it now.
